Color Poppin!

I adore color, lots of color in fact, so making things color pop is my favourite thing to do in Photoshop!

Here’s a simple, quick and easy technique to add instant ‘pop’ to your pics!

• Go to Layer > Duplicate Layer > Click OK

• Now go to the Layers Palette, and in the blending mode box, change the blending mode to Soft Light

• You’ll notice it gives instant ‘pop’! To reduce the amount of pop, simply drag the opacity slider to the left

• I’ve finished off by adding a bit of blur to the edges
